Dr. Diane L. Maye is an assistant professor of Homeland Security and Global Conflict Studies at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an affiliated scholar at George Mason University. She writes and does research on issues that involve security and governance in the Middle East, U.S. defense policy, and national security strategy.
