John Legend performed God Only Knows on a piano that survived the atomic bomb at the Nobel Peace Prize Concert before launching into his greatest hits. Earlier that week at the Nobel Ceremony, he performed Bob Marley’s Redemption Song, changing the lyrics, ‘Have no fear of atomic energy for it won’t stop the time’ to, ‘We won’t kill with atomic energy we won’t let it stop the time.’
